Love Island’s Jack Keating has given birth to his first kid.
The happy news was verified by the reality TV star, who is the son of musician Ronan Keating, on Thursday, eight months after he departed the Love Island island.
He was one of Casa Amor 2022’s bombshells, but he left the villa shortly after arriving in July since none of the original islanders opted to marry up with him.
This week, Jack, 23, shared a cute black-and-white photo of himself cuddling his child, writing, ‘Welcome to the world my little [princess emoji].’
He has yet to confirm the identify of the baby’s mother.
When it was discovered that Jack, who works in social media marketing, would be joining the Love Island cast, his father Ronan stated that he was ‘nervous as hell’.
‘When I saw him walk into the villa my heart was beating out of my chest,’ the singer shared at the time.
He added: ‘I’m excited for him though, this is something he wanted to do, and I’ll always support him and all my kids in their endeavours.’
Ronan has three children with his ex-wife, model Yvonne Connolly, with whom he was married from 1998 to 2015.
He has been married to fashion designer Storm Uechtritz since 2015, and they have two children.
After starring on Love Island, Jack said that he and Gemma Owen were urged to bring up the same subject about their famous fathers on the programme so that the producers could get’more video’.
One of the most talked-about aspects of this year’s ensemble when it debuted was Gemma, the 19-year-old daughter of England football icon Michael Owen.
‘I think the biggest, most surprising thing for me is just like how many times they have to build things if they want to get different shots, different angles, different conversations,’ he told MailOnline.
‘The [producers] will ask you again to sit down and have the same conversation again and bring up the same sort of things. That’s what I thought was the most surprising thing.’
