Following his final episode of The Late Late Show, James Corden went all out, with celebrity guests and audience members partying late into the night.
The 44-year-old Gavin and Stacey star said goodbye to the smash CBS show on Thursday night after eight years and 1,200 episodes.
Before departing, James was joined by Adele, 34, and Harry Styles, 29, for the last trip, with both guests later joining in the festivities following the programme.
And it appeared to be one amazing party, with James’s sister Ange posting photos of the event on Instagram.
In one photo, James was seen making an emotional address to the Late Night staff and his closest friends, with Ange expressing her pride in the caption.
Another photo showed Adele and Harry among those gathering as James was presented with a clever layer cake with various photos of him over his tenure as CEO.
Ange took a selfie in the early hours of the morning, offering further details about the hijinks.
She wrote: ‘It’s 4am. I’ve drunk margaritas and danced all night. This makes one happy Angie. Night. XO’.
Watermelon Sugar singer Harry stayed and posed for photographs, with Late Late show producer Kate Dowd getting a shot with him.
Following his departure, James has stated that he intends to return to the United Kingdom with his family in order to spend more time with relatives.
During his farewell speech, James expressed gratitude to his production team and writers, and said it was “unfathomable” that CBS had “taken a chance on me.”
He said: ‘I’ve been thinking for a while, the last few weeks, about what I was gonna say as we come to the end of the show after this wonderful adventure.
‘And I have, if I’m honest … I’ve struggled to find the words to sum up what this past eight years has meant to me, is almost impossible. I, frankly … I don’t know where to start.
‘But I sit here now today with nothing but love, gratitude and pride.’
