Jonbers Blonde, a RuPaul’s Drag Race UK contestant, has spoken out about the rumours that she is dating Alan Carr.
When the I Hate Suzie actor, 34, and the Chatty Man, 47, were photographed holding hands and having a good time in Soho, London, last year, rumours began to circulate that they were more than just buddies.
However, Jonbers, who reached the finals of BBC’s Drag Race last year, came to X, formerly known as Twitter, on Friday (August 18) to declare: ‘I am VERY single.’
Just months after Alan announced his divorce from spouse Paul Drayton, the couple travelled to central London to see the comic play Pleasure Seekers at The Soho Theatre.
A statement read at the time: ‘After 13 years as a couple and three years of marriage, Alan Carr and Paul Drayton would like to announce they are separating.
‘They have jointly and amicably made the difficult decision to divorce and go their separate ways.
‘We request that their privacy is respected at this sensitive time.’
They famously married in Los Angeles in 2018, with Alan’s best friend, singer Adele, being ordained to marry the couple.
Alan joked after the separation that he kept control of their friendship with the Someone Like You megastar.

Alan revealed earlier this year that he was in his’slaggy phase’ and was looking for someone to’slaggy’ with.
‘I want to be a slag, but to be a slag you need someone to be slaggy with,’ the comedian said on the Life’s A Beach podcast.
Jonbers, meantime, has been accumulating cinematic credits since her time on Drag Race, including a guest appearance on I Hate Suzie Too alongside Billie Piper.
‘I was really in awe of them both [Billie and co-star Leila Farzad] and the scene is very funny, and every time as they would walk off and I was off camera, I would laugh every single time, they would find new ways of saying it, and I felt really inspired, watching what they do,’ she said of her time filming on the Sky comedy.
