Loose Women is leaving its comfy ITV studio and hitting the road for the show’s first live tour.
Fans of the panel show will be able to see the iconic heated debates, as well as the ladies giving their distinct viewpoints and shocking admissions, at theatres around the UK.
The show generally airs during the weekday lunch hour from 12:30-1:30pm, but for the first time, Loose Women will air in the evening. Instead of viewing it with a cheese sandwich, treat yourself to a glass (or three) of white wine.
The event will feature ‘laughter, heated subjects, entertainment, and surprises.’ According to the description, they will’share their experiences and secrets live and in person.’
Brenda Edwards, Christine Lampard, and Denise Welch are among the cast members who will appear on stage.
Denise might ask her son Matty Healy, who is in 1975, for advice on how to endure tour life and what to wear on the rider.
Charlene White, Dame Kelly Holmes, Frankie Bridge, Gloria Hunniford, Jane Moore, Janet Street-Porter, Judi Love, Katie Piper, Kaye Adams, Kelle Bryan, Linda Robson, Nadia Sawalha, and Sunetra Sarker will also be there.
However, the lineup is subject to change, so don’t buy your tickets, which go on sale in three days, if you’re only a fan of one or two.
The concert will begin on September 1 in Birmingham’s Symphony Hall and will travel to a city near (or close-ish) you throughout the month.Cardiff, Glasgow, and Manchester will all have theatres featured.
On September 18, the tour will stop at the legendary London Palladium, which seats roughly 2,300 people. This is around 2,250 people greater than their studio crowd.
The exciting new initiative was unveiled on today’s edition of Loose Women, and its show editor Sally Shelford is looking forward to it.
‘We’re delighted the show is hitting the road for the first time with Loose Women Live!’ she said.
‘Having a live audience is such an important part of Loose Women and we can’t wait to be able to bring the show directly to our viewers in this way.’
Now we just have to wait and see what items will be available at the kiosks – possibly a Loose Women mug and a large cardboard cutout of Janet.
