Janette Manrara and Aljaz Skorjanec are a professional dance team, and the mom-to-be has told fans what’s going on.
Janette, who is 39, told her fans that she is fine, but she has been having back pain because she is pregnant.
In an Instagram post, the Strictly Come Dancing star said that her baby was so big that she would have to have a C-section. She also said that everything is “good.”
After trying for years to get pregnant, the pair, who got married in 2017, was thrilled to hear the news.
Even though she was in pain, the dancer told her fans that she “showered” and just put on her clothes from yesterday.
‘We are good,’ she began, ‘We actually had a visit from the midwife today and heart rate is good, baby’s good.’
She sat on her bed in a pair of short purple shorts and a tank top that went with them.
Aljaz, who is 33, and Janette, who is also 33, are going to have a baby this summer. They were about to try IVF when Janette told them she was pregnant.
Janette went on to say: ‘Everything came back normal but I did have a good night’s sleep and only woke up twice really to get up and move around and stretch with my back pain.
‘But then this morning after just like an hour or two of being up, it kicked off again so bad.
‘So I am in bed with a hot water bottle, legs up, and I’ll be here for the most of the day.’
Despite her own pain and discomfort, Janette added: ‘But the most important thing is that we’re good and the baby is doing good.’
The dancing couple told everyone about their new baby in February. They had found out in December that Janette was having their child.
Janette has been busy, though. Last month, she shared a cute video of herself dancing with her good friend Ashley Roberts.
