Stacey Solomon told her devoted fans that they are “not alone” after describing her difficulties since giving child.
Stacey, 33, and her husband Joe Swash, 41, welcomed their third child together on February 11, with Stacey announcing her birth on Instagram days later.
But, in her most recent Instagram post, she urged her followers not to be too hard on themselves after giving birth.
‘Public service announcement for anyone who has ever felt like “oh my gosh it looks like they’ve got their s**t together,” and I really haven’t.
‘Please don’t feel like that, you’re doing an incredible job and I know that it looks like I’ve just gone straight back to normal as if I never gave birth.’
Before the I’m A Celeb winner gushed about her adorable little ones, she added: ‘I can assure you that 100% of the time I feel absolutely f****d.’

The Essex star has fallen in love with motherhood all over again, recently sobbing happy tears when her child hit a crucial milestone.
‘Yay Belle,’ wrote Stacey recently, explaining: ‘We just had our two-week health visitor check.
‘For the first time in five baby Belle is above her birth weight of 5lb 10 ounces and is now 6lb 8 ounces.
‘I had a little cry! Breastfeeding is working well & she’s loving it. My little piggy.’
Together with Belle, Stacey and Joe have two other children, Rex, three, and Rose, one, and the singer has two other children from past relationships, 10-year-old Leighton and 14-year-old Zach.
Joe and his ex-fiancee Emma Sophocleous have a 15-year-old kid named Harry.
