Victoria Beckham, Mel C, and Emma Bunton have all wished Geri Halliwell-Horner a happy birthday and shared some spectacular flashback photos in the process.
The members of the female group all uploaded images of themselves on social media to commemorate ‘Ginge’ Geri’s 51st birthday, who was known as Ginger Spice in the group and was also regarded as Emma’s’soul sister’.
Melanie Chisholm, often known as Mel C, shared a series of images with the singer, including one in which the duo were dressed in school uniforms.
Another, more recent photo appeared on the Instagram carousel, showing the couple in an embrace while watching England’s women’s football team.
Mel C, who was known as Sporty Spice in the group, captioned the post with a heartfelt message that read: ‘Happy Birthday @gerihalliwellhorner. Wow these birthdays come round fast!
‘We’ve made so many wonderful memories together, I’m hoping we can make more before too long.’
‘Have a fantastic day, love you to bits Ginge,’ she added.
Emma, popularly known as Baby Spice, wished the actress a happy birthday and shared a video montage of the Spice Girls on Instagram.
She captioned the video: ‘Love you to bits. Happy Birthday my soul sister @gerihalliwellhorner. Hope you’re being spoilt and sending lots of hugs.’

The montage featured snippets from Spice Girls song videos and their 1997 film Spice World, as well as photos from their various tours, including their four-piece 2019 Spice World tour and a shot of Emma hugging Geri on her wedding day to husband Christian Horner.
Posh Spice, Victoria Beckham, posted a snapshot on her Instagram account with the caption: ‘Happy birthday @gerihaliwellhorner… ‘Love you!!!’
The photograph shows the two standing with their arms around each other next to a jet.

Wannabe and Spice Up Your Life were number one singles for the Spice Girls in the 1990s.
Geri departed the band in 1998, and they went on hiatus indefinitely in 2000.
All five Spice Girls appeared during the London Olympics closing ceremony in 2012, arriving in lit taxis and singing classics from their back catalogue.
Following their reunion tour sans Victoria, whispers of the five Spice Girls reuniting to play at Glastonbury continued to circulate (although, new sources have crushedly put cold water on this).
Geri has authored numerous novels in addition to her long singing career, and her latest children’s adventure story, Rosie Frost And The Falcon Queen, is set to be released this autumn.
She also features in Gran Turismo, a new racing drama starring David Harbour, Orlando Bloom, Djimon Hounsou, and Archie Madekwe.
In 2022, she was awarded an honorary degree from Sheffield Hallam University for her philanthropic work, telling graduates ‘education is power’.
Gran Turismo hits UK cinemas on August 9.
