Rihanna and A$AP Rocky celebrated the first birthday of their son RZA over the weekend, and the tot’s birthday cake was nothing short of iconic.
Rihanna, 35, and her boyfriend A$AP Rocky, 34, welcomed their first child on May 13, last year, after dating since 2020.
In recent social media footage, the youngster can be seen grinning while sitting in front of a massive cash-shaped cake.
The gateau had been designed to resemble wads of $100 notes, completely outdoing Colin the caterpillar.
A$AP Ferg celebrated his firstborn’s birthday this month by revealing his son’s name.
The toddler’s pseudonym was revealed last week and was inspired by the Wu-Tang Clan, and on Sunday, rapper A$AP – who is presently expecting baby number two with RiRi – confirmed the toddler’s initial name is RZA.
Alongside a slew of fun-filled family photos, the soon-to-be dad-of-two wrote: ‘WU TANG IZ 4 DA CHUREN HAPPY 1st BIRTHDAY TO MY 1st BORN . RZA.’
He also posted rare family pictures that showed himself, Rihanna and RZA having plenty of fun.
Rihanna and Rocky’s baby is named after producer and rapper RZA, 53, leader of the Wu-Tang Clan, whose real name is Robert Fitzgerald Diggs.
The baby’s name incorporates father A$AP’s middle name, Athelston.
Rihanna recently hinted to her son’s secret identity by holding him while wearing a baggy black Wu-Tang Clan shirt as she exited the Giorgio Baldi Italian restaurant in Santa Monica on April 5.
She’s also been spotted wearing tees with RZA’s name on them.
Her spouse is also a big admirer of the band, and he worked on the 2015 song Fly International Luxurious Art with Raekwon, 53.
Rocky’s collective, A$AP Mob, has drawn parallels to the renowned hip-hop group since its inception.
