Ozzy Osbourne gave his fans and followers on social media a glimpse of his newest toy and looked to be in excellent spirits in his most recent post.
The rock musician, who is 74 years old, videotaped himself attempting to conceal his excitement while attempting to use a brand new pair of virtual reality goggles in the living room of his house.
The famed hitmaker was yelling and screaming as the game’s lifelike sights flashed before his eyes, which is how his wife Sharon, who is 70 years old, became aware of him for reasons that were less than favourable.
The video was uploaded on his Instagram account and shared with his millions of followers along with the following caption: “Did this spot with the PlayStation crew.” We had a great time together. The new VR2 that they have released is just incredible.
The audience looked on as Ozzy unwrapped a gleaming new pair of goggles and pondered how he came to be the recipient of such a gift.
The video then cut to a shot of the celebrity’s wife as she entered the room in search of her husband’s assistance.
Sharon could be heard asking the musician: ‘Ozzy are you going to help me pack these boxes or what? We’ve got a flight to England.’
‘Hang on Sharon,’ was the rocker’s response as he insisted he was staying put to play with his PlayStation amid claims he was ‘very technical these days’.
Ozzy entered the realm of ancient monsters in the virtual reality game by putting on his headgear and asking the screen, “Is it a friendly dinosaur?” while he manoeuvred the controls.
As the celebrity tried out the newest piece of software created by the video game firm, things quickly descended into mayhem. The star was seen on tape screaming, shouting, and laughing uncontrollably.
The musician was recognised by his typical gravelly voice as he let out a string of expletives while clad in his signature black leathers and wearing a big cross on a chair around his neck. He also let his hair to flow loosely about his shoulders.
The video came to a close with Ozzy screaming for Sharon to come back and when asked what was wrong he confessed he thought one of the game’s creatures was ‘trying to bite [his] head off’.
After that, Sharon made a joke about how the “storm bird needed to get at the back of the line” before the advertisement faded to the recognisable blue brand emblem of the company.
