Lydia Bright posted a snapshot of the outcome of her latest operation.
The reality personality disclosed last week that she was having surgery, which she later confirmed was to remove a lump.
Lydia, 32, was seen in Mother’s Day images with a painful-looking cut near her eye, and on Monday she tweeted another shot of her injury, revealing the bruises had turned into a black eye.
She also looked to be covered with butterfly stitches.
Concerned fans inquired whether everything was well in the comments section beneath the TOWIE star’s heartwarming Mother’s Day post, with one asking, ‘What happened to your eye?’
‘I had to have an op to remove a lump. It looks worse than it feels,’ Lydia replied.
‘Is your eye okay?’ inquired another. ‘Getting better, thank you,’ said the adoring mother.
Last week, the TV star confessed that she had to send her three-year-old daughter Loretta to the hospital after she fell and hurt her head while climbing.
Fortunately, the toddler’s damage did not need stitches, and a clean incision and adhesive sufficed.
Lydia informed her followers that she still grieved when she thought of Lorretta’s head injury and that she was set to have a’minor procedure,’ so they may notice a little scar on her face.
Detailing what a rubbish week she’d had so far, doting mum Lydia said: ‘Monday was hard, the boiler stopped, the gate broke and as grateful as I am to have a beautiful home sometimes the never ending lists with a move can feel overwhelming.’
She went on: ‘Yesterday was worse, I ended up in A&E with Loretta she hit her head whilst climbing. I still want to cry when I think of it now. Thankfully no stitches but she had to have the wound cleaned and glued.’
Revealing she was about to have an operation, Lydia continued: ‘Last night, I stayed at my parents and set off early this morning as today I am having a minor op in between my eye and nose. I really shouldn’t be as anxious as I am but I think everything is heightened at the moment.’
The mum-of-one concluded: ‘Sorry to offload, but I just wanted to explain that this is why you may see a small scar on my face for a while
‘Anyway, they do say bad luck comes in threes so hopefully, this is the last anxiety of the week.’
