Kris was celebrating her granddaughter Chicago’s fourth birthday this week (following a snazzy AF joint birthday party with cousin Stormi Webster that’ll blow your latest soiree out of the water) when she shared a gorgeous tribute to her on Instagram.
She wrote alongside the series of images: ‘Happy birthday to my beautiful granddaughter Chicago!!!! You have the sweetest spirit and always have the cutest little smile on your face with the softest little voice and your precious laughter lights up wherever you are!
‘You are such an amazing sister, daughter, granddaughter, cousin and niece and I can’t believe you are now four years old! You bring us so much joy and happiness every single day. I love you so much Chi Chi!!!!! Have the most magical day!!’
The ‘momager’ beamed alongside Chicago – Kim’s daughter with Kanye West – however, some have claimed Kris uploaded, then swiftly deleted, one shot in particular.
Over the weekend fans on Reddit uploaded what appeared to be a photo from Kris’s Instagram account showing her posing with Chi and Kim, with Kim sporting a shorter bob.
That picture is no longer on Kris’ homage and fans set aside time from their busy, busy day to draw attention to it, with one commenting: ‘Where’s the natural unedited picture gone? You all looked so relaxed and happy was a beautiful picture.’
Another wrote on Reddit, alongside a screenshot of the pic: ‘i’m surprised KJ got away with posting this (seemingly) unfiltered pic they both still look great tho,’ as one comment shared not long after read: ‘She reposted the birthday post without that pic lol.’
Look, we all know this family doesn’t do anything without meticulous thought and planning, but what may be the most intriguing detail of this whole picture palaver, though, is that Kim has already shared this photo before *record rip*.
The year was 2019, Pre-Covid, and Kim shared a series of photos in celebration of her son Saint’s birthday.
This particular photo appeared in the collection, however it had been cropped on the right side of the frame to cut Kim off at her shoulders.
Look, it’s hardly the first time ‘Kardashian’ and ‘edited Instagram photo’ has been uttered in the same sentence – it’s basically a national sport for people to pick up on these things – and only a week ago punters accused Kim of using a spot of Photoshop on the ‘gram.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star posted a couple of gorgeous snaps to Instagram, pouting in one, and posing for a mirror snap in another, but something didn’t seem quite right with them.
In the mirror selfie, her phone appears slightly warped, which could be a sign that the snap was edited, with some speculating it could have been to thin out her face or give the illusion of more volume in the star’s hair.
Whether this one is a deliberate act from Queen Kris to manage on out the ‘real’ image of Kim’s we may never know, but you better bloody bet the detectives on Reddit will get to the bottom of this.
