Kim Kardashian had an awkward fashion clash when she wore the same outfit as her ex-husband’s ex-girlfriend.
The reality actress, 42, was recently photographed wearing the same clothing as Kanye West‘s ex-girlfriend Chaney Jones, 24.
Kim donned entirely in white for sports merchandising tycoon Michael Rubin’s July 4th party in the Hamptons, as requested per the invitation.
She must have been surprised when she discovered Chaney had the same perspective on the topic ahead of the party at the Bridgehampton home.
Fans didn’t let the brawl go unnoticed, posting photos of the two ladies side by side on Reddit.
The comparison post was uploaded with a caption that read: ‘Kanye’s Exes Chaney and Kim attending the same party in the same outfit’ – according to the Mirror.
Among the comments were claims that the rapper’s ex-girlfriend was ‘outshining’ Kim in the white knit two-piece.
One penned: ‘Kim must be dying knowing that her ex-husband’s ex-girlfriend is outshining her. Her kryptonite is not getting any attention!’
Another said: ‘Cheney has youth on her side and Kim has waaaayyyyy too many botched surgeries to even compete.’
‘Literally tragic. Twinning with one of Ye’s exes again, like how she shares the same birthday with Amber. How dreadful, Kimmy,’ a separate account commented on the outfit faux pas.
Kim’s white double act occurred after she revealed details about her previous marriage to the hitmaker, who is also the father of her four children.
While speaking with her sister Khloe on their reality show The Kardashians, she admitted: ‘I just can’t. It’s so different from the person that I married.
‘I’ll do anything to get that person back, that’s who I loved and that’s who I remember.’
Kim and Kanye were close friends before they were romantically involved, after which they began dating and became engaged in October 2013.
The renowned pair then married in May 2014 at Fort di Belvedere in Florence.
Kim and Kanye later have four children together: North, Saint, 7, Chicago, 5, and Psalm, 4.
Despite their closeness, the A-listers divorced in November 2022, alleging “irreconcilable differences ” in their divorce papers.
They agreed to share custody of their children when their marriage dissolved and opted to co-parent the brood.
