When is Bel Air season 2 coming out?
Season 2 of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air will air on Peacock on Thursday, February 23 for American viewers.
The official synopsis reads: ‘Season two of Bel-Air picks up with Will at a crossroads in his life as a new figure comes into his life who challenges what he’s learned in Bel-Air and competes for control of his influence.
‘He juggles this while navigating his home life with the Banks family and trying to rebuild the trust that was broken at the end of last season. We’ll see Will and Carlton’s brotherhood start to evolve as they grow closer, but still challenge each other about their differences.
‘We’ll also see Hilary evolve as she becomes more of a boss in her influencer world and how that spills over into her relationship with Jazz, and also highlight the relatable struggles around Viv and Phil balancing marriage and family while trying to forge their own career paths and reconnect to the things that are important to them.’

Who is in the cast?
The core cast, led by Jabari Banks as 16-year-old Will, has been confirmed to return for season two.
Actor Olly Sholotan returns as Will’s intelligent but pretentious cousin Carltonm, while Disney actress Coco Jones reprises her role as fashionista Hilary.
The cast also includes Akira Akbar (Ashley Banks), Adrian Holmes (Phillip Banks), Cassandra Freeman (Vivian Banks), Jordan L. Jones (Jazz), Jimmy Akingbola (Geoffrey), and Simone Joy (Lisa Wilkes).
Fans were also delighted to discover that the OG Ashley Banks, played by Tatyana Ali, will be making a cameo in the second installment.
The actor rose to notoriety as a child star on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, portraying the youngest member of the Banks family and Will’s starring character’s cousin.
Tatyana is returning to the world of Fresh Prince more than 30 years after the show first aired, but in a totally new capacity.
Tatyana will portray Mrs Hughes, a middle school English teacher who encourages Ashley to be authentic to herself.
‘Never let someone attempt to alter you,’ she says to Ashley in the school corridor, and the little girl nods in agreement.
