Declan Donnelly scolded Simon Cowell at Friday night’s Britain’s Got Talent semi-final episode for making cat noises down the microphone.
Following Romeo and Icy’s performance of One Direction’s Best Song Ever, the judge, 63, began making strange noises while other panellists Amanda Holden, 52, and Alesha Dixon, 44, provided criticism.
While Simon applauded the duo’s routine while informing them that it wasn’t the ‘greatest we’d ever had,’ Alesha and Amanda were less impressed.
Simon began purring, clearly disagreeing with them.
While Alesha and Amanda ignored the father-of-one, Dec was visibly irritated and ultimately called him out.
‘Simon, Simon,’ he said. ‘Can we hear what they’ve got to say to the guys please.’
Simon replied: ‘Oh, sorry!’
Viewers were also less than impressed by Simon’s behaviour with many branding the mogul ‘rude’ and ‘disrespectful’.
