Piers Morgan drew in fewer viewers than both Sky News and BBC News in his TalkTV slot on Wednesday night, according to the latest figures.
Piers started off fairly strong during last Monday’s launch, with a peak of nearly 400,000 viewers.
But this didn’t last long, as the number of viewers tuning in to watch Piers Morgan Uncensored had decreased by nearly 200,000 the night after his first show.
However, despite his fall in viewership, he’s reminded social media followers he’s been beating Sky and BBC News at the same time slots.
But both channels managed higher ratings than the former Good Morning Britain host on Wednesday night.
BBC News drew in a crowd of 127,000, while Sky attracted 84,000 for the 8-9pm time slot.
Meanwhile, Piers reportedly only managed 77,000 on his TalkTV show.
As ever, the broadcaster is insisting he doesn’t care, and has once again hit back at his critics.
On Thursday morning, he penned on Twitter: ‘Loving how much my new show @PiersUncensored is annoying all the right people, exactly as I’d hoped.
‘And surprise, surprise, they’re already trying to cancel me! Keep wailing, you whiny woke Guardian-reading wastrels… I’m your worst nightmare and only just getting started.’
Piers, we’re shaking.
His programme isn’t the only one suffering from a drop in those tuning in at home.
On the launch night of TalkTV, The News Desk, hosted by Tom Newton Dunn from 7pm to 8pm, is said to have accumulated around 54,000 viewers.
However, just a week later, this figure had fallen to 3,600, with The Guardian claiming that on Tuesday evening, the programme failed to register a single viewer for half of its broadcast.
The publication stated that while there may have been some people watching the political programme, BARB was unable to register them.
Meanwhile, Sharon Osbourne was forced to make a quick getaway from her show The Talk after just four days, to go and look after husband Ozzy Osbourne.
The legendary Black Sabbath rocker contracted Covid, leading Sharon to make the decision to fly back to their US home.
But the TV star revealed she has also fallen unwell with the virus, posting a picture of herself hooked up to an IV drip in a recent update.
