Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby‘s estranged friendship appears to be irreparably damaged.
This Morning is one of the TV shows competing for a trophy tonight at the National Television Awards (NTAs), hosted by Joel Dommett.
While Holly, 42, did not receive a nomination for best TV presenter, she is anticipated to attend the star-studded gala, which will be held at London’s O2 venue.
Earlier this year, her former co-star Phillip, 61, left This Morning and subsequently ITV entirely after admitting to lying to his coworkers and loved ones about an affair he had with a younger male colleague.
Phillip no longer follows Holly on Instagram after reading the list of individuals he follows on the social media network.
He does, however, continue to follow former colleagues Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary, as well as the account for This Morning itself.
It’s unclear when Phillip chose to unfollow Holly, months after fans initially speculated about the nature of his connection with her and whether it had soured.
Holly, on the other hand, continues to follow Phillip and his kids on Instagram.
Nonetheless, she has other things on her mind tonight as the stars of This Morning hope for another victory at the NTAs.
