Viewers of The Chase are enraged because they believe participants were cheated out of £90,000.
It came down to a dramatic last round on Wednesday’s show, with Paul Sinha attempting to outdo the three remaining contestants.
The Sinnerman, on the other hand, built up the points, and Gavin, Meera, and Katie eventually lost out to £90,000 when the expert got 16 points.
Fans, however, did not appear to believe it was all fair, since one of Paul’s replies sounded inaccurate.
Bradley Walsh had challenged the 53-year-old on ‘which former One Directioner is the father of Bear Payne’.
For One Direction fans, it’s evident that Liam Payne, who has a kid with former X Factor judge Cheryl, is the correct answer, although it seemed like Paul shouted ‘Ian’ rather than ‘Liam’ in the heat of the moment.
‘@ITVChase yesterday team should have won 90k chaser definitely said IAN Payne and not Liam! #TheChase @BradleyWalsh,’ one fumed.
‘My hearing must be going cos I swear he said Ian instead of Liam,’ another said.
‘I’m sure @paulsinha answered Ian Payne and not Liam on #TheChase,’ someone else penned.

‘That is tough to take,’ Bradley said at the brutal ending.
‘Tricky!’ he added, as Paul breathed out a sigh of relief.
This follows a previous episode in which Gladiators presenter Bradley was utterly taken aback by participant Janty’s stunning comeback.
It was thought that owing to her terrible performance on the programme thus far, she would be eliminated from the competition quite fast.
However, things took an unexpected turn when Chaser Jenny ‘The Vixen’ Ryan gave Janty £40,000 as her high offer, which required Janty to successfully answer six questions in order for the money to be added to the collective reward fund.
Janty did the seemingly impossible and successfully earned the money, leaving Bradley stunned.
He ran off set with his arms in the air exclaiming: ‘I cannot believe that!’
He added: ‘Janty that was tremendous. That will go down for me in Chase history. That was absolutely thrilling. I loved every second of that.’
The Chase airs weekdays at 5pm on ITV1.
