Selena Gomez, Steve Martin, and Martin Short have decided to extend their stay in the Arconia – despite all the murders in the building.
The trio remained in touch after season one of hit series Only Murders In The Building, and fans are delighted they are reuniting for a second stint.

When does Only Murders In The Building season 2 come out?
Only Murders in the Building season 2 will premiere on June 28 on Disney Plus in the UK.

What is the plot?
In a synopsis for the series, we know they have to investigate yet another murder, as it reads: ‘Following the shocking death of Arconia Board President Bunny Folger, Charles, Oliver & Mabel race to unmask her killer.’
But, thanks to the trailer, we also know that our beloved trio aren’t just investigating murders: this time, they’ve been framed for one too.
The threesome is publicly implicated in Bunny’s homicide, are now the subjects of a competing podcast and they have to deal with a bunch of New York neighbours who all think they committed murder.
Who is in the cast?
Of course, leading iconic trio Selena Gomez, Steve Martin and Martin Short will be reprising their roles as Mabel, Charles and Oliver.
In December last year, it was revealed that Cara Delevingne would be joining the series as new character Alice, who will reportedly feature as Mabel’s love interest. Alice is ‘an art-gallery owner of her own generation who puts Mabel in touch with a side of herself she’s been somewhat neglecting since the show began.’
Amy Schumer will also join the series as a new resident of the Arconia.
How many episodes will there be?
There will be 10 episodes, with a new episode dropping weekly after the first two episodes land on Tuesday, June 28.

What is the age rating?
Only Murders in the Building is available to stream via Star on Disney Plus, a banner reserved for the streaming service’s more mature content so that serves as your first sign that this isn’t as sugar-coated as a typical Disney production.
There is no official BBFC rating for the show, but the service’s internal guidance has branded it with a 12+ – recommended for people aged 12 years or over.
Is there a trailer?
In the teaser trailer for the series, we see Mabel, Charles and Oliver caught up in a media frenzy as the trio finds themselves framed for murder at the Arconia. They then set out on a mission to uncover the real killer, and it turns out there are more secrets in the Arconia than we thought.
The new teaser trailer also offers up our first look at new cast member Amy Schumer in character, while we’ve also got a glimpse at Cara Delevingne in the series – with the actress reportedly starring as Selena’s character Mabel’s love interest.
