Dumped islanders Hugo Hammond and Amy Day have dished on the prospect of romance within the outdoors of Love Island – and it’s not trying good.
On tonight’s episode, Hugo and Amy had been two of the 4 islanders dumped from the villa, becoming a member of Clarisse Juliette and Sam Jackson whereas Tyler Cruickshank and Mary Bedford had been saved.
Hugo had been on the present because the very first day, bringing Amy again to the primary villa with him after assembly her in Casa Amor.
While he and Amy remained a pair, it was obvious that their connection had begun to falter by the point they had been eradicated collectively.
After Hugo described his quest for love on Love Island as tragic as Amy stood awkwardly proper subsequent to him, each have now revealed that their romance has utterly fizzled.
Following his exit, Hugo mentioned that whereas he and Amy ‘got on really well’ after they first met, ultimately, he felt like by the point they returned to the primary villa, it felt like ‘a bit like a holiday romance’, the place ‘you go away and you think it’s wonderful and you then come again to the actual life and the cracks virtually begin to present a bit bit’.

When requested whether or not he thought they may go on a date, Hugo bluntly replied: ‘I don’t assume so.’
‘I think she will reciprocate that. I’m positive we’ll exit in teams and whatnot, however I can’t think about we’ll be going out for a dinner anytime quickly,’ he mentioned.
While it appears like Hugo imagines a friendship with Amy might be on the playing cards, it doesn’t appear to be she feels the identical method.
When requested how she feels about Hugo now, Amy replied: ‘Fake – because he wasn’t telling me that he didn’t like me.’
‘I do wish I’d opened up and re-coupled with another person. Also, 100% I didn’t sleep with Hugo,’ she mentioned.
Amy added that whereas it felt ‘natural and normal’ when she and Hugo first met, after they arrived again in the primary villa, she discovered him ‘very hot and cold’.
‘He would never naturally choose to come and chill with me. So for me it felt it was all for show,’ she mentioned.
Hopefully Hugo and Amy will each have higher luck discovering love in the actual world.
