Louis Walsh has not held back his thoughts about Fern Britton, a fellow Celebrity Big Brother member.
The former X Factor judge, 71, is a roommate on the current season of the reality show, with the former This Morning anchor, 66.
Tonight’s show will see the renowned faces nominating each other for elimination.
Although there are other justifications for putting up individuals, Louis’s is particularly nasty.
When giving his nomination for Fern, he declares: ‘I think the others deserve to be there. Fern is just there.
‘She’s like wallpaper. She’s really nice but it’s not bringing anything.
‘Who can we do without? It’s Fern.’
His comments came after the artist called him out on social media for something he said about Sinitta.
On Wednesday night’s programme, Louis and Sharon Osbourne, both 71, were discussing their former co-star and boss, Simon Cowell, 64, when the subject drifted to the Toy Boy singer, 60.
when raving about Simon’s involvement in helping him start his career as a music manager, Louis confessed he couldn’t recall how he met Sinitta when she was named.
In the chat, Sharon had suggested Simon ‘doesn’t know how to keep friends’ and said he had cut her off, before mentioning Sinitta by name.
Jumping in Louis remarked: ‘I like her, she’s mad but she’s very loyal to him.’
Sharon interjected: ‘Oh dedicated her life to him.’
Louis then added: ‘I like her, if you know what I mean. There’s something. Harmless.’
Simon and Sinitta had an on-and-off relationship for almost two decades.
She has now joined in after hearing about the exchange on television.
Posting on X, she wrote: ‘I introduced #louiswalsh to @SimonCowell back in the day LouLou was my promoter and driver taking me all over Ireland to radio stations and clubs to promote my records…
‘He was great fun and took great care of me, how has he forgotten our early days?!!!’
However, replying to comments soon after, it didn’t appear Sinitta was too annoyed by Louis’ lapse in memory.
‘He is getting on a bit wonder if he’s genuinely forgotten stuff. I’m a lot younger and I do,’ one viewer shared.
Another added, ‘He’s been very kind about you in fairness to him. Very complimentary,’ to which she replied: ‘He has! He has really been himself as well.’
After someone else said Louis had been ‘nothing but complimentary’ and had been ‘singing her praises’, Sinitta also responded.
‘He has been Really nice right? We had some great times, early days, even BEFORE #xfactor, #Louis has always been the Most fun and hilariously funny, I have the best memories.’
She then added she thought the pair deciding to sign up to the series together was ‘a bit of fun’ and a chance for them to show ‘how much they do not give a ….’
‘With age comes this rite of passage I think,’ she added.
Sinitta, who has a long history with Louis, did not mind throwing a lighthearted jab at him in 2017, implying that he had undergone surgery to expand the size of his derriere.
Speaking to the Irish Sun seven years ago, she said: ‘I think Louis looks great. I think he’s had a Brazilian butt lift.
‘He’s got a bit more junk in his trunk. Have a look when you see him.’
She joked that after having a ‘good night out drinking champagne’, she had to ‘resist’ slapping Louis’ ass as it ‘has never looked so juicy’.
