Gregg Wallace has provided some insight into his’modern living’ morning routine.
They turn out to entail Googling himself.
The MasterChef judge stated today that he checks his Google Alerts every morning to see what reports about him have surfaced overnight.
Chatting to his followers on Instagram, Gregg began: ‘Good morning, from my office here in Kent.
‘I’ve got a mug of coffee with me, I’m going to be off to the gym in about five minutes to get there for six o’clock.’
Talking us through his morning routine, he went on: ‘I get up in the morning, straight in the shower, and then I check my texts, my emails, I check my Insta account – this is modern living, right.’
‘Then I go onto Google Alerts to see what Gregg Wallace stories may have happened overnight,’ he laughed.
‘This is part of modern life I think. I think we all probably do the same, I don’t know.’
Gregg went on to discuss his plans for the day, stating he would go for a walk in between Instagram live conversations and Zoom meetings.
‘I’ll put time aside for reading. None of this stuff would happen if I wasn’t really organised,’ he concluded.
‘That’s the way I like it.’
He later posted some highlights from his morning stroll as part of his workout regimen.
Gregg has been sharing his lifestyle improvements with his followers in recent years, after losing five stone since 2017.
Gregg announced last year that he aspires to have the body of a 20-year-old.
On why he embarked on his recent health journey, he said: ‘My motivation at the start was, “I just want to look better on the telly.”
‘But now it’s, “How fit can I actually get? Can I actually have the body of a 20-year-old at 60?”
‘I’ve done everything. I’ve done fasting, no carbs, low fat. You name it, I tried it.’
