Madame Tussauds is making us all happy by immortalising This Morning host Alison Hammond as a waxwork, because one Alison Hammond is simply not enough.
The 48-year-old will be a permanent feature in the famous tourist spot, allowing anyone and everyone to meet her (sort of).
While this Alison won’t be as talkative, her infectious smile will be on full display, which we are more than happy with.
Fans of the ITV star can not only pose with Alison but have unlimited selfie attempts without having to worry about permission or time constraints, as it’s not a real person.
However, you might want to hold off on making any bookings just yet as the creation process is still going on.
In fact, Alison actively participated in the process by lending her hand for the mould to make sure the waxwork is perfectly accurate.
Accompanying a picture of the process, Alison captioned it, ‘Coming soon @MadameTussauds’.
Alison was informed of her impending waxwork during a live telecast in May, a tribute due to her loyal fanbase.
Kyle Woodcock, Madame Tussauds Blackpool’s senior attractions manager, informed her, ‘We polled our audience on who should be next…Alison. You’ve come to the top of the poll’.
Caught off-guard by the news, Alison asked, ‘To what? Be a waxwork?’
‘You are kidding me.’
However, she quickly warmed up to the idea and said she was ‘game for it’.
‘Thank you,’ she said.
By the end of the segment, Alison couldn’t contain her excitement: ‘I can’t believe this. I’m going to be a waxwork!’
And typically, such a process spans around nine months, so we may only get to see the finished product in 2024.
This significant career achievement comes at a time Alison is putting to rest rumors about her supposed strained relationship with Dermot O’Leary.

ITV quickly refuted claims of any tensions between Alison and Dermot, dismissing the rumours as ‘baseless’, and it appears Alison herself is now also echoing this sentiment in a rather light-hearted manner.
Recently, Alison uploaded a video on social media where she and Dermot can be seen dancing and singing blissfully to Ronan Keating’s popular number Life Is A Rollercoaster, evidently enjoying each other’s company.
