Stacey Solomon has admitted she is ‘nervous’ of getting back to work, just three months after giving birth to her daughter Rose.
The Loose Women panellist, 32, revealed her maternity leave is almost over as she lamented baby Rose moving up from newborn clothes to age three-to-six months.
Taking to her Instagram story, Stacey told her followers: ‘Thought while the boys were back at school today I thought I’d sort through Rose’s clothes because she’s gone up to a 3-6m.’
Stacey added: ‘I got hardly anything done to be honest because I just wanted to play with her.
‘I love my job so so much but oh my gosh I’m sad that my maternity leave is almost over. I’m getting so nervous to go back.’
Reflecting on her three months of maternity leave, Stacey added: ‘I’m actually so sad that three months has gone by already.
‘I’m so grateful to have had these beautiful months but why oh why does it go so quick. It’s been the most magical three months Rose.
‘I can still smell your newborn smell and I’m so grateful to still be boobing with you.’
As well as baby Rose, she and fiancé Joe Swash also share son Rex, two, and Stacey also has sons Zachary, 13, and Leighton, nine, from previous relationships.
Joe also has an older son, 14-year-old Harry, from a past relationship too.
Stacey had also opened up about her beloved dog Theo dying on Boxing Day, writing at the time: ‘For 11 wonderful years we were so lucky to have her. Our hearts are utterly broken.
‘She was just the best dog in the world who adored the boys and Rose. I can’t even begin to explain how lost I feel without her.’
