Stacey Solomon has hinted that she is open to extending her family after confessing she is ‘broody’ in a recent Instagram post.
The Loose Women anchor is already a mother of five, with boys Zachary, 15, and Leighton, 11, from previous marriages.
The TV personality and her 41-year-old husband Joe Swash have three children: Rex (four), Rose (two), and Belle (11 months). Following a seven-year relationship, the couple married in 2022.
Joe is the father of a 16-year-old boy named Harry, whom he shares with his ex Emma Sophocleous.
Stacey was asked if she wanted more children during an Instagram Q&A on Monday.
A social media user questioned: ‘Are you finished with having babies or would you like more.’
The Loose Women panellist answered with a sweet video of her two youngest daughters, Rose and Belle, playing.
Stacey wrote: ‘I can honestly say. My favourite thing in the whole wide world is being a mum.
‘I just get so much joy from watching our little ones grow & getting to be a part of their world.’
‘I would love more. Whatever will be will be. But omg I love them (Joe will be off to get a vasectomy when he sees this),’ she added alongside a laughing emoji.
Stacey’s thoughts come after she released a sweet video of her son Rex teaching infant Belle to walk while she recovered from a recent sickness.
During a family holiday to Jamaica, the celebrity developed an illness that required hospitalisation and an oxygen mask.
She’s recuperating well and managed to return home to Pickle Cottage to rest up, with Joe and the kids taking over all her chores — including parenting. She is now back at work.
