There’s a standard McDonald’s order, and then there’s Maya Jama’s standard McDonald’s order.
Last night, the Love Island host put fast food eaters around the world to shame by posting her McDonald’s order for her 2.8 million followers to see.
The presenter, 28, definitely adores the chain, as she spent a staggering £40.87 at the Wandsworth branch, if our eyes don’t mislead us.
Imagine working at a McDonald’s drive-through or making a delivery and discovering you’re feeding Maya Jama. Imagine if she ordered this… *clears throat*
One sweet n’ sour dip, and one barbeque dip.
Not one, but three burgers; a mayo chicken (classic), a cheeseburger, and a McPlant, which she claims she bought for ‘taste test purpose’ only.
But the burgers weren’t enough for the star, who also ordered nine chicken nuggets, a large fries, and a spicy sriracha chicken wrap of the day.
For pudding, the megastar opted for a lotus biscoff mini McFlurry and a double chocolate pie.
But there were no beverages to be seen, so Maya didn’t appear to grab anything to wash down her £40 worth of deliciousness.
Maya posted the screen grab of the impressive order at 3.54am, and commented: ‘Body clock is all over the place. Just woke up & now look.’
Unfortunately, according on the screenshot, it appears that Maya did not visit McDonald’s, but instead purchased it online, permanently destroying our romantic concept of a drive-thru Jama.
On Love Island: Aftersun, Maya appeared to ‘take a shot’ at her ex-boyfriend Stormzy, empathising with participant Molly March when her ex Zach donned her bracelet while kissing a new fling.
The glamorous host remarked: ‘That’s real life though girls – and boys, they’ll wear your necklace and lip someone else, we just don’t get it on camera.’
‘I feel like that comment from Maya was directed at Stormzy,’ laughed one fan, while another viewer said: ‘Maya definitely indirecting Stormzy in that comment.’
The grime artist was reported to have cheated on Maya before their separation four years ago, and he previously acknowledged to making a “mistake” and losing someone he “loved.”
Maya didn’t make any mistakes on her flawless McDonald’s order, but we’re left wondering what she thought of McPlant.
