Kerry Katona led a slew of celebs in sharing their favourite rollercoaster photos ahead of the beloved ride’s national day of appreciation.
The 42-year-old singer was photographed riding a rollercoaster at Alton Towers Resort and screamed as she buckled herself into the park’s Nemesis attraction.
She was among a slew of celebs from all around the world who shared old photos of themselves enjoying a good time at the Staffordshire locale.
In honour of National Rollercoaster Day and its ’emotions in motion’ promotion, the popular theme park produced a collection of photographs.
The park presented a gallery of celebrities with horrified expressions on their faces in the hopes that the famous moments would entice tourists to ride rollercoasters to release endorphins.
Other images in the collection show a young Prince Harry, now 38, and Prince William, 41, grasping the safety bar as they shot around a ride’s track back in the day.
The legs of the young royals hung from the attraction, and both lads grinned with delight as their hair whipped back in the wind.
Elsewhere Coleen, 37, and her star husband Wayne Rooney, 37, were terrified as their car hurtled around the attraction at breakneck speed.
Boxer Amir Khan, 36, was also photographed visiting the theme park and enjoying the rides, as were Josh Widdecombe, 40, and Alex Brooker, 39.
Ryan Thomas, 39, of Coronation Street, and Josie Gibson, 38, of This Morning, both let their hair down and had a thrill-seeker’s day out.
Singer Olly Murs, 39, rapper Professor Green, 39, and former Love Island star Scott Thomas, 35, were all featured in the album of hair-raising photos.
The celebs were all seen yelling and gesticulating with delight as they rode the rollercoaster.
Kerry appears to have visited the park several times, since she was seen in multiple attraction photos.
In honour of National Fear Day, the Birmingham-based attraction tried to instill a sense of ‘positive fear’ in its guests.
Lead Creative for Merlin Magic Making supported their most recent campaign, which featured celebrities hanging on for dear life.
Alton Towers is the largest theme park in the United Kingdom and is frequently visited by celebrities.
Following the rollercoaster day, the park will prepare for scary season and has vowed to host a number of themed activities.
They include after-dark attractions such as Wicker Man and the Alton Towers Dungeon, as well as three award-winning horror mazes.
Guests can also be terrified by Skin Snatchers on the Altonville Mine Tour or endure The Attic attraction.
