Former Strictly Come Dancing pros James and Ola Jordan wowed fans with their combined 6.5 stone weight loss in a new video.
James, 44, and Ola, 40, shared the before and after video in with fans revealing their transformation, after saying ‘people looked at them differently’ with their previous weight gain.
The couple revealed their striking new physiques in the after shots and flashed huge smiles.
Speaking about how they did it, they joked on Instagram: ‘Hey watch us lose 6 1/2 Stone in 6 seconds!’
‘It took a bit longer than that in reality – four months in total. Although the first two weeks were quite dramatic. We lost 2 Stone between us in a fortnight. Pretty crazy eh?! But we had a lot to lose and you always lose more in the first couple of weeks,’ they explained.
The pair previously admitted they were doing it to improve their health and for their daughter Ella, as well as wanting to spice up other areas of their life.
But, recently sharing a festive family snap, they encouraged their fans to enjoy this time of year, and they’d help them get on track when all the celebrating was done.
‘Eat the Christmas pudding, eat the chocolates have extra stuffing, have a drink, a nice Bailey’s why not. Because tomorrow we are going to help you sort it all out,’ they wrote, posting their weight loss transformation a day later.
The married couple – who both worked as professionals on the show and tied the knot in 2003 – welcomed their first child Ella together in 2021, and admitted they have both noticed their changing figures at the time.
‘We have [let ourselves go],’ Ola said on Loose Women. ‘It’s really hard because it’s just accepting what you are now. I had an amazing body when I was on Strictly.’
‘I put on three stone since I stopped Strictly, which is quite a lot,’ he said. ‘I think people look at you differently, too,’ James added.
They encouraged followers who were looking to get on a health kick to look at the plan they used.
