Strictly Come Dancing’s Tom Fletcher was back performing with McFly following his elimination from the BBC competition show.
The singer became the eighth celebrity to be sent home after his musicals week dance failed to win a standing ovation and he lost a tense dance off to CBBC presenter Rhys Stephenson.
But there was no time to dwell on the exit as Tom was straight off to perform at London’s O2 Arena with his professional dance partner Amy Dowden cheering him on from the sidelines.
‘If you voted for us, it means so much to us,’ Tom told his followers in an Instagram video with Amy by his side. ‘I’ve had the best time, it’s been fun. I’m gutted it’s over but I have a McFly show now.’
‘Amy, you have to singalong,’ he continued.
‘I’ll scream and shout,’ Amy said.
