Strictly Come Dancing viewers were left baffled as they mistook professional dancer for Curtis Pritchard.
The BBC series kicked off tonight, with Clara Amfo, Maisie Smith and Nicola Adams making up the star-studded line-up.
However, fans watching on from home were convinced Love Island’s Curtis had popped in for the group dance at the beginning of the show.
While the 24-year-old is a professional dancer, and previously competed on Ireland’s version of Dancing With The Stars, he was definitely not taking part in the group dance this evening.
But that didn’t stop confused fans from flocking to Twitter to discuss the scenes.
One questioned: ‘Was it Curtis off of Love Island in that group dance? #Strictly.’
‘That was Curtis Prichard in the strictly pro ensemble right? #Strictly,’ another asked.
Coronation Street’s Sally Ann Matthews was as baffled as the rest of us, penning: ‘Is that Curtis?? x #strictly’
‘I thought the new pro in blue was Curtis Pritchard for a minute and was so confused #Strictly,’ a fan agreed.

Curtis is no stranger to the dance floor, as he previously competed on Dancing With The Stars – while brother AJ Pritchard recently announced his departure from Strictly.
But the Love Island star teased that he would be keen to battle for the Glitterball at some point in the future.
Chatting to Metro.co.uk last year, he told us: ‘Who knows what the future holds, Strictly would be something I’d love to do.’
Explaining he was focusing on his tour with his brother, he added: ‘Strictly, if the opportunity came at the correct moment, absolutely.’
Strictly Come Dancing continues on Saturdays, on BBC One.
