Tasha Ghouri may have found love in the villa with Andrew Le Page, but she now appears to want her father to have a try as well.
Last year, the 23-year-old and her real estate partner made it all the way to the finals, where Ekin-Su Culculolgu and Davide Sanclimenti won.
Along the way, they provided us with plenty of dramatic moments, including Andrew’s famous “I licked her t*t or whatever” comment, while Tarek watched from home and backed the duo.
Tasha, on the other hand, is pleading with him to appear in the new spin-off show.
ITV has officially proclaimed that it is time for folks aged 40 and up to start ‘cracking on’ as the network’s candidates begin working in a lavish pad.
The relaunch, branded The Romance Retreat, will follow the format of Love Island, but it has not been established whether a financial reward will be at stake.
‘ITV1 are looking for energetic single parents from across the UK who are looking for love, for a fresh new dating show!’ stated the casting call.
‘This is the ONLY dating show where single parents can search for love, by spending time in a luxury retreat, where all the parents have been nominated by their grown up children.’
Tasha tweeted about the news, saying, ‘Dad, this is your turn to shine…’
‘The entertainment joker king x’
Tasha may have been hinting for her father to take on the role of presenter, despite the fact that Tarek is married, as ITV has yet to reveal who will face the next series.
The advertisement also revealed a first peek at the villa, which could appear in the future series.
The boujee building, which features a glass balcony, is situated in the middle of a large garden.
This comes after former Big Brother host Davina McCall recently declared her interest in hosting.
‘I’m literally begging ITV to let me present mid-life Love Island. I could fill a villa in Love Island with the best back stories you have ever heard in your life,’ the 55-year-old told Steven Bartlett on his Diary of a CEO podcast.
She enthusiastically added: ‘They’ve lived a life! They’re widows, they’re people who have been through horrific divorces, they’re people who have split up with somebody and decided they want to try to go out with somebody the same sex as them.
‘They’re interesting people! I’d watch that show.’
Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
