Love Island actor Remi Lambert has said that he was assaulted by Jacques O’Neill’s pal.
Remi, who featured alongside Jacques on an ITV dating show in the summer of 2022, accused Jacques of orchestrating the attack.
‘Wasn’t going to bring this up but this has gone too far now’, Remi began in a statement.
The model went on to describe the alleged Saturday night event (March 18).
‘Last night I was assaulted by one of Jacques’ friends’, he wrote on his Instagram Story.
‘Jacques and him followed me on my walk back home from the club and stopped me.
‘Then Jacques began to start an argument about the Love Island beef that was a year ago.
‘Clearly can’t move on.
‘Out of nowhere his friend punched me.
‘I think it was a setup to get me to react but I’m too mature for this bs.’
Remi then requested that anybody who ‘saw anything last night’ contact him directly.
According to Remi, this is not the first time that he and Jacques, age 23, have argued.
Upon his departure from the villa, the reality TV personality said that both Jacques and Luca Viciously bullied him.
Upon his departure, Remi asserted that he and the rugby star had an unaired disagreement and claimed that Jacques ruined his Love Island experience.
‘Everyone said I lied about the way I was treated in that villa, but this here is an example of what was going on whilst I was in there,’ Remi blasted, after Jacques and Luca made fun of his rapping during an Instagram Live.
‘Don’t know why they wasn’t kicked out for their behaviour to be honest. It’s not banter, it’s clear signs of bullying.’
Reflecting on what took place behind the scenes, Remi added: ‘I wish everyone could see all of the crap I went through.’
Afterwards, it was reported that Remi will release a diss track on the subject.
According to The Sun, Remi, from Manchester, is advancing his musical career by drawing inspiration from the bullying allegations.
‘The track is going to be pretty eye-opening and he really doesn’t hold back on it,’ a source said.
