The former child star, now 25, is a bodybuilder and personal trainer with an extremely ripped physique.
Dylan McKenna-Redshaw, who last appeared on television in 2006, has over 400,000 social media followers and keeps them up to speed on his training routine.
The gym-obsessed fitness teacher also owns a nutrition company and resides in Miami, Florida.
A recent snapshot of him will make you feel ancient, as the workout fanatic has rock-hard abs and huge biceps.
His Instagram account is filled with gym selfies and side-by-side comparisons, while he produces motivating videos (complete with his new American accent) to teach people how to get skinny.
He is also engaged to Katrina Wright, an American bodybuilder and fitness influencer with 859,000 followers on Instagram.
And if you’re having trouble wrapping your brain around this big shift, you’re not alone. We don’t understand it.
Little Ant’s life has taken a completely different turn.
James Pallister, now 28, has been a RAC patrolman since 2015.
He now has his own family, as he works in Sunderland and Durham and lives in Chester-le-Street with his fiancée Nicole and their two young boys.
James previously stated that he ‘absolutely loves’ his work and was even the proud face of RAC patrol recruiting, with a 70-foot portrait of him on the side of the company’s headquarters in the West Midlands.
Speaking about his life after childhood fame, he said via The Sun: ‘I absolutely love my job. There’s nothing better than being out on the roads helping people who have broken down.
‘I really pride myself on being able to fix most of the cars I go out to.’
Neil Overend and Haydn Reid, who were five and six years old at the time, took over Saturday Night Takeaway in 2010.
They have, however, reunited with hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly subsequently, with the Geordie team, predictably, surprised at how much they’ve grown.
They really met earlier this year, prior to the actors declaring last month that the upcoming season will be their last for a while as they take a vacation.
Earlier this year, James and Dylan met with Ant and Dec, who were astounded by how much they had changed.
Bodybuilder Dylan commented on the reunion, saying, ‘They were astonished when they saw us, it’s been a few years since we caught up and we are much taller!’
‘Times have changed,’ added James.
‘I don’t think I look like a Little Ant now but I really enjoyed the experience and its something I’ll never forget.’
