Katie Price is reportedly being paid a £45,000 fee for her Mucky Mansion renovation show and will get her home made over for free.
The former glamour model, 43, is reportedly not going to have to pay any expenses towards the repair of her home, dubbed the ‘mucky mansion’ after it fell into disrepair, with the process being documented for her Channel 4 series.
A source told The Sun: ‘Katie hit the jackpot with the show – she got a £45k fee and didn’t have to put any of her own money into the project.
‘The costs are being paid by the production company and she’s landed a lot of freebies from companies who want the exposure of being on her show or her social media.’
However, a Channel 4 spokesperson added to the publication: ‘Production did not pay for the costs of any renovations of the house.’
The series will follow the renovation of Katie’s home in Sussex, which is reported to have lost £1million in value after falling into disrepair and being targeted by thieves and vandals who left taps running upstairs, causing the kitchen ceiling below to collapse.
