James Argent is in love, and he wants everyone to know it.
The 35-year-old former Towie star is dating 18-year-old Italian actress Stella Turian, whom he met last summer in Mykonos.
Arg and Stella haven’t been hesitant about showing off their PDA since announcing their romance, and Stella is also well-known for her work in films.
When asked about his romantic life on This Morning with Holly Willoughby and Dermot O’Leary on Wednesday (June 21), Arg couldn’t help but smile.
‘You look at your life now and it’s all very positive, one reason is that your love life is fulfilled,’ Holly began.
As a selfie of him and his lover displayed on the screen, Arg began blushing.
‘She’s gorgeous,’ Holly complimented.
Dermot chimed in with a cheeky joke: ‘You’re punching.’
‘Yes, I’ve got a new girlfriend,’ the reality star confirmed.
‘She looks like young Sophia Loren or Monica Bellucci,’ he said, comparing her to iconic Italian actresses.
‘She lives in northern Italy. She’s very special, she’s a great woman.
‘God knows how I’ve done it!
‘I think she thought I was an English Michael Bublé, that’s what I tried to tell her anyway!’
Indeed, Arg is now a wedding singer.
‘I’m doing what I’ve always wanted to do,’ he added.
He flew to Marbella for performances last summer and has also appeared at his pal Elliot Wright’s restaurant on the Costa del Sol.
Stella, his girlfriend, has also travelled with him, with James previously describing how he wooed Stella when they initially met.
The Essex celebrity serenaded the adolescent with love songs while watching mafia films at his house, saying they discovered they had a lot in common despite their large age difference.
‘I’m lucky enough to have a home cinema — there have to be some perks to being in showbiz — and I’m obsessed with Mafia films, so I made her watch Goodfellas and some Sopranos and Casino too,’ James explained previously.
He described himself as ‘fortunate’ to be dating the ‘very brilliant’ Italian actress.
‘Stella is extremely intelligent, very talented and she’s fluent in four languages, including English, which is lucky, as my Italian’s not great, although it’s improving. And she’s beautiful, too. “I feel very lucky”,’ he told The Sun.
‘Sometimes I have to pinch myself to remind myself this is all really happening.’
We’ve got an amazing connection. She is extremely supportive,’ he added.
Their love has undoubtedly made news, with celebrities such as Katherine Ryan expressing her feelings.
In February, the Canadian comedian, 39, expressed her displeasure with the affair through Instagram Story.
While carrying her two-month-old daughter, Fenna Grace, the TV actress established strong eye contact with the camera in a melancholy stare.
She then slowly zoomed in on her face, emphasising her expression, in the video clip, which she captioned: ‘Me – a mother – finding out a 35 Towie star has an 18-year-old girlfriend.’
