Phillip Schofield and Billie Faiers are among the Dancing on Ice stars that have appeared to break Covid-19 rules after getting into their taxis without wearing a face mask.
In pictures taken last night, Phillip, Billie, Jason Donovan and Lady Leshurr were some of the famous faces spotted not wearing a mask as they made their way home.
Co-host Holly Willoughby was spotted wearing a face covering, as she spoke on her phone while sat in the back of the car.
Phillip’s driver was also seen wearing a mask.
Denise Van Outen wore her mask hanging off one ear as she tucked into a packet of cheese and onion crisps.
People with face mask exemptions are permitted to ride without one. However, according to the government’s website: ‘It is the law to wear a face-covering when travelling in England on public transport.’
The public transport includes bus or coach, train or tram, ferry or hovercraft or other vessel, taxi or private hire vehicle and aircraft cable car.
‘You are expected to wear a face-covering before entering any of these settings and must keep it on until you leave unless there is a reasonable excuse for removing it,’ the website states.
‘You should also wear a face covering… where social distancing may be difficult and where you will come into contact with people you do not normally meet.’
The pictures emerged after viewers accused Dancing on Ice of being ‘a fix’.
During last night’s launch show, Lady Leshurr performed an uptempo routine with Brendyn to Little Mix’s hit song Salute.
Despite the positive feedback she received from the judges, being placed joint top of the leaderboard, it was announced after a public vote that she and her dance partner Brendyn Hatfield will take part in next week’s skate-off.
Comedian and actor Rufus, who received the second-lowest score last night, was awarded the coveted Golden Ticket from the judges.
Dancing on Ice returns next Sunday at 6pm on ITV.
