Dame Prue Leith’s choice of jewellery for tonight’s Celebrity Baking Off undoubtedly raised some heads.
On tonight’s episode of The Great Celebrity Bake Off: Stand Up To Cancer, the judge evaluated the baking skills of Jesy Nelson of Little Mix, David Schwimmer of Friends, and comedians Rose Matafeo and Tom Davis.
What we believed to be an innocent wardrobe choice by the nation’s adored Dame Prue, 83, turned out to be, shall we say, a touch kinky.
The chef, who always exudes joy with her vibrant attire and daring eyewear, may have veered off course in this instance.
Dame Prue planned to make a statement with her jewellery, but it wasn’t the one she had envisioned.
When they spotted a large orange ball hanging around Dame Prue’s neck, the filthiest minds on Twitter immediately thought of BDSM and a specific sex item.
‘Great that Prue feels so accepted on #GBBO that she can wear her ball gag,’ one viewer wrote.
Another said: ‘Why is Prue wearing a ball gag?!??’
‘ummmm…. did anyone think to tell prue what her necklace looks like?’ asked a third. [sic]

In addition to being accused of wearing a sex toy, Dame Prue also tried a turd-shaped baked product for the first time that evening.
Little Mix’s Jesy Nelson, who was in the tent with Prue and her necklace, also made a sensation with her enormous nails, which were ineffective for nearly every activity.
Judge Dame Prue became a star saviour as she rushed to Jesy’s aid many times as the Little Mix member struggled with a pie.
David Schwimmer of Friends also charmed viewers when he presided over the Bake Off tent and (spoiler alert) emerged as the night’s outstanding baker.
Paul Hollywood even gave David his renowned handshake in exchange for the finest tofu David had ever consumed.
Meanwhile, the whole nation applauds Dame Prue’s bold statement necklace, which, honestly, has made everyone’s Sunday evening.
