Love Island star Zara McDermott has a fancy new garden, and we’re jealous.
The reality star, 25, and her boyfriend Sam Thompson, 29, share a £1million London pad, which they are currently transforming into their dream home.
As the renovations continue and the lovebirds move one step closer to owning the property of their dreams, they recently showed off their stunning outdoor area.
Zara took to Instagram to showcase the dreamy space on the account dedicated to their new home, which is set to be completed next month.
The stylish pair said they ‘can’t believe’ this is now their own garden.
Taking to the page named The Thompson Project, they captioned the post: ‘I cannot believe this is our garden it’s so nearly there! Some final finishing touches to do, but what do you think?? @locallukes_landscaping you are INCREDIBLE!!!’
They proceeded to share snaps of the gorgeous garden, complete with a patio and night lights, which their cat also seems to be loving as the pics showed the furry friend strolling around their new abode.
The two said they’d also had neighbours knocking on their door, asking what they were having done because it looked so ‘brilliant and precise.’
Fans were quick to comment on how fab the project looks, calling it ‘garden goals.’
While they’ve been renovating their dream space, the two have been living in a smaller flat, which they admit has tested their relationship.
Zara told Metro.co.uk that they’ve had ‘disagreements,’ but their romance is now stronger.
She said: ‘Living in this tiny confined space together – and actually we’ve been living like this for six months – has been a genuinely massive test for our relationship and at first, I thought we were gonna bite each other’s heads off, but actually it’s been fine and I think that shows that we’ve got so strong in our relationship.
‘I’m so lucky to have him and he’s been such a massive support for everything I’m doing and all the films I’ve been making, it’s so lovely to have a partner who is so supportive.’
Zara and Sam got together in early 2019, and we might be hearing wedding bells sometime soon, as Sam has hinted he wants to pop the question.
