Legendary rocker Yungblud has announced his return for a massive UK arena tour, with tickets on sale from today.
The award-winning musician is set to take over the UK in February with no less than seven arena dates in England, Scotland and Wales.
Following major successes last year, including a sold-out date in London’s Alexandra Palace, Yungblud is taking things to the next level with a date at the capital’s iconic Ovo Wembley Arena.
Cardiff’s Motorpoint Arena and Glasgow’s Ovo Hydro will play host to The Funeral singer in Wales and Scotland, with the tour also landing in Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle and Sheffield.
The Emperor singer will also take his tour further afield for the Yungblud World Tour, with dates across Europe and Mexico, but British fans will be treated to support from acclaimed pop-punk band Neck Deep.
Yungblud’s UK tour announcement comes ahead of the release of his third studio album on 2 September, which features the incredibly popular Memories with Willow Smith.
As his dedicated fans will already be aware of, the 11 Minutes singer is a vocal advocate for mental health support, and is teaming up with a charity as part of the tour to help any fans who need help.
The 25-year-old is working with Show Support to offer specialist mental health support for those attending his concerts, and will provide a safe space and qualified mental health professionals at the shows.
Anyone experiencing anxiety, panic attacks or other concerns will be able to access the support at any time before, during or after the gigs.
A specialised mental health helpline is also being established to continue offering help even after the live event has passed.
The upcoming tour comes after Yungblud wrapped up his sold-out European, Australian and New Zealand Life On Mars headline tour, including a five-night residency in Kentish Town Forum.
His previous two albums have also shot back to the top 15 in the UK album charts as his music is picked up across the world, with such rock legends as Mick Jagger, Dave Grohl and Ozzy Osbourne having shown support for the young musician.
Since releasing his self-titled debut EP in 2018, Yungblud’s popularity has exploded year-on-year, and tickets for the arena shows are sure to be snapped up quickly.
Fans who pre-ordered the new self-titled album were able to get advance tickets from 22 August, however general sale has now been launched as of Thursday, 25 August.
