Madonna is truly making the most of the Christmas season as she jetted out on holiday with her family.
The 64-year-old had spent most of the festivities in London, but made a beeline for Malawi in search of warmer temperatures.
The country holds special memories for the Material Girl singer and her family, as she adopted children David, Mercy, Estere and Stella from the area.
Taking to Instagram, she gave us all a glimpse into the getaway, with the message: ‘Welcome to the warm heart of Africa.’
In true Madge style, she also blessed us with a sultry photoshoot on her travels, posing through the mosquito net protecting her bed.
In a series of snaps, she held onto the net as she sat on the edge of her bed in a floor-length gown, gazing towards the camera.
The final photo showed Madonna only covering her face with the fabric.
We’re not quite sure how effective this will be against mozzies, but it seems as though the music icon isn’t that fussed, simply captioning the post with a string of bug and Malawi flag emoji.
Madonna has rarely been out of the headlines in recent months, due mostly to her risqué social media posts.
She has truly been having the time of her life and wanted to let her followers in on the action, sharing topless pictures of herself and videos where she gyrated to music – between wholesome family moments with her six children.
However, not everyone has been enjoying the uploads, as 50 Cent recently branded her a ‘grandma’ – reigniting their bizarre feud.
Having none of it, she shared a photo of herself on her story, with the blunt message: ‘Stop Bullying Madonna For Enjoying Her Life.’
The In Da Club rapper has previously taken aim at Madonna’s Instagram antics concerning some of her more racy pictures.
Last year, he questioned a picture that the Like A Virgin singer posted, showing her posing on a bed while donning a patterned Versace robe over underwear and skyscraper heels.
‘I hope she didn’t make her kids take this picture,’ he wrote. ‘LOL at 63 somebody tell her to chill out please.’
