Lydia Bright has said that she took her three-year-old daughter Loretta to the hospital on Tuesday after she fell and banged her head while climbing.
Fortunately, the toddler’s damage did not need stitches, and a clean incision and adhesive sufficed.
Lydia, 32, of TOWIE, claimed thinking about Lorretta’s brain injuries’made her cry’ the next day after learning of her friend’s ailment.
She also informed her 1.2 million followers that she was about to have a “little procedure,” and that they would see a small scar on her face.
Detailing what a rubbish week she’d had so far, doting mum Lydia said: ‘Monday was hard, the boiler stopped, the gate broke and as grateful as I am to have a beautiful home sometimes the never ending lists with a move can feel overwhelming.’
Lydia went on: ‘Yesterday was worse, I ended up in A&E with Loretta she hit her head whilst climbing. I still want to cry when I think of it now. Thankfully no stitches but she had to have the wound cleaned and glued.’
Revealing she was about to have an operation, the TV personality went on: ‘Last night, I stayed at my parents and set off early this morning as today I am having a minor op in between my eye and nose. I really shouldn’t be as anxious as I am but I think everything is heightened at the moment.’
Lydia concluded: ‘Sorry to offload, but I just wanted to explain that this is why you may see a small scar on my face for a while
‘Anyway, they do say bad luck comes in threes so hopefully, this is the last anxiety of the week.’
Lydia celebrated Loretta’s third birthday on social media a few weeks ago by releasing a video highlighting the tot’s milestone experiences over the previous three years.
Beneath the footage, Lydia wrote: ‘Three years ago, you were born and so was I.
‘You made me strong, you filled my world with so much colour, you made me whole. I will love you until my heart stops beating. Happy Birthday Loretta Rose’.
