Kelly Brook stated that she will be selling her Kent farmhouse after 16 years of repairs.
Before parting ways with her previous £1.45 million medieval-style mansion and moving out, the 43-year-old model and actress characterised it as a “never-ending work of love.”
She is claimed to have paid £975,000 for her 15th-century home with four acres of land in 2006.
According to the MailOnline, she shared the property with her husband and fellow model Jeremy Parisi, 38, and their pet dog Teddy and has been known to coin the pad her ‘refuge’ from the showbiz world.
According to the magazine, a listing on an estate agent’s website stated that a sale for Kent-based home was negotiated earlier this month.
The property’s impressive features are reported to include a heated outdoor swimming pool, an oast house, and a wildflower meadow.

Listed on Savills, the company outlined: ‘This wonderful property has been extensively renovated and refurbished by the current owner, retaining a wealth of period charm and character including exposed timbers, reclaimed elm flooring and diamond leaded light windows.’
The agents went on to describe the house and its assets in detail, walking prospective buyers through the three-bedroom former home of Kelly.
Ever the proud owner, the star recently opened up about her home during an interview and detailed how she has coped with the multitude of renovations across the years.

She told The Sunday Times Travel: ‘I bought a country house 15 years ago because I loved the idea of driving out of the city for the weekend, lighting the fire and putting the oven on when family visit, but you also have to deal with the boiler breaking down and mice in the pantry.
‘Anyone who’s owned a period property knows it’s a never-ending labour of love.
‘I wanted the house to look its age, so I worked with an architect, stripping out the plaster to expose the frame of the house and the original beams. But though it looks old, it’s super- efficient and has underfloor heating.
‘Over the past 10 years, I’ve learnt so much. There have been some failures – trying to grow French lavender in the Kent soil was one! Living here has really made me think more about nature.’
