Jodie Marsh was outraged when she claimed that the cops had called her in after she exposed her boobs on her own property.
The former beauty model, 45, took to Instagram to explain that she is involved in a severe conflict with her neighbours, whom she accuses of’stalking and harassing’ her.
Meanwhile, Essex Police want to talk with her after she went topless ‘for three seconds’ on her farm estate ‘when no one was present and no one could see me’.
She alleges that the proof of her conduct came from a ‘illegal camera’ that her neighbours ‘pointed straight at my house’, despite her repeated pleas that it be turned away from her property.
Jodie shared a letter she had just written to Essex Police on Wednesday, stating that she now ‘really wants to tell her tale’ and called the force’s treatment of her as ‘utterly horrible’.
Jodie added that no one from the police had paid her a visit or asked her to give a statement regarding her concerns, which she claims she submitted two weeks ago.
However, she has been summoned for an interview ‘as a suspect for flashing my boobs on my own property’.
Jodie lives on Fripps Farm, which presently houses over 250 animals, many of whom were spared from slaughter.
According to the shelter’s official website, Jodie helped bring sick or wounded animals ‘back from the edge of death’, and the influencer previously revealed that she turned to OnlyFans to help pay repairs.
‘If someone had bothered to come and take my statement, you would know that [redacted] have an illegal video camera pointed straight at my house and I have been asking their ‘security’ guy to move it away from pointing directly at my property. He refuses to move it,’ Jodie penned in the letter she shared with her followers.
‘This is all part of their stalking and harassment of me. So I flashed my boobs on my own property when no one was around and no one could see me,’ she continued.
‘The only evidence they have is from their camera which points directly at my house – so Essex Police want to arrest me for indecent exposure in a public place (or at the very least talk to me about it) yet I was topless for three seconds on my own property and the only reason anyone knows I did that is because [redacted] have an illegal camera filming me and my property.’
In the caption, Jodie claimed she had ‘55 videos on my phone of these weirdos walking round the perimeter of my property’, which formed the basis of her stalking and harassment report against them, ‘yet still no one [from the police] has been out’.
‘They reported me being topless for 3 seconds – which they only know because they have an ILLEGAL CAMERA recording my property and in 24 hours Essex Police are all over it,’ she seethed.
The Celebrity Big Brother star also stated that she was ‘frightened for her life’, accusing Essex Police of previously branding her ‘a drama queen’ after prior accusations she had made of receiving death threats and a man observing her house while she lived alone.
‘If you don’t take the crime of stalking and harassment against me seriously and act on this I will take it as far as I can,’ she promised in the letter, as she vowed that she was not going to be ‘fobbed off again’.
‘I’m so sick of injustice in this world. I will fight for justice. Not just for myself but for everyone who’s been treated badly. I’m not putting up with this treatment anymore,’ she wrote at the end of the caption.
According to MailOnline, Jodie is now seeking a Stalking Protection Order against five of her neighbours, who she claims have been monitoring her property and hurling abuse at her staff.
She also accuses them of removing a section of her fence in order to better observe her house and grounds.
A spokesperson for Essex Police told the publication: ‘We received a report of harassment on 30 January 2024. We have spoken to all parties concerned and our enquiries are ongoing.’
