Charlotte Crosby hit back at Ulrika Jonsson after the television presenter compared the reality star’s old lip fillers to tyres on a car.
The new mother, 32, recently shared her dissolved lips on social media after the process left her mouth covered in bruises.
In a recent newspaper column, the Swedish star, 55, likened Charlotte’s former filler to ‘two Michelin tyres’ and questioned the Geordie Shore star’s cosmetic choices.
Not allowing Ulrika’s judgement to go unnoticed Charlotte clapped back on Instagram admitting she felt sorry for anyone that felt the need to ‘tear people down’.
Her response was provoked by the column in The Sun that read: ‘What did Charlotte see when she looked in the mirror at her swollen, augmented lips?
‘In another part of La-La Land, Charlotte Crosby of Geordie Shore fame has posted pictures of herself looking battered and bruised after having her lip fillers dissolved.
‘Clearly, the prospect of carrying on walking around as if you have two Michelin tyres attached to your mouth no longer appeals.’
Revealing she had been sent the piece in the newspaper by uploading a snippet of the column, Charlotte let followers know her feelings on the scathing review.
Above the picture that indicated the words were written by Ulrika, she penned: ‘Someone sent me this piece written by’ accompanied by a white arrow pointing to the star’s face.
In the same Instagram story she typed: ‘I can’t believe we still live in a world where women still want to tear other women down and men also for that matter.
‘It’s even more bizarre that newspapers still allow it to be printed. The woman who wrote this article has managed to take a swipe at 3 people in this short piece.
‘I cannot help but feel slightly sorry for people who feel the need to tear others apart in a desperate bid for attention. Or to grab a few more readers.’
In the opinion piece, the 55-year-old also claimed Katie Price was ‘addicted’ to plastic surgery after recently going under the knife for her 16th boob job.
The words also jibed at Charlotte’s lips some more, stating she was a ‘pretty girl’ but that her previously enhanced facial features must have made eating and talking difficult due to their size.
