Honey G, the X Factor winner, debuted a whole new appearance after shedding her old haircut and beginning on a fitness quest.
The rapper, 42, who finished fifth as a novelty act on the ITV talent show in 2016, looks radically different following a style makeover.
Honey has ditched the tracksuits, sunglasses, and poker-straight black hair that may or may not have influenced Dua Lipa’s Brit performance a few years ago, in favour of a more natural style.
The singer is currently typically seen with her natural brunette hair curled, and her go-to attire is jeans and a lovely top.
Honey, actual name Anna Georgette Gilford, shed two stone after discovering a passion for exercise in 2021.
She has just completed four triathlons and a 20-mile run, so it’s not just a brief treadmill session at the gym.
Honey claimed last year that her newfound passion of triathlons arose totally “by chance.”
‘I never knew I would become this passionate about a type of sport and I have truly fallen into triathlon by chance,’ she said.
The singer also said that the weight loss had given her ‘the confidence to put myself out there’.
Honey’s ambition is to continue running marathons, with the London one being her next target.
‘I have a strict routine and you have to be really disciplined,’ she told The Sun.
‘Especially with the marathon training. I’m following a strict training plan, and you have to do a long run so I’m running two or three times a week.

‘I did a 20 mile race in October and I was absolutely cream-crackered after that and literally couldn’t even walk. But now everything is looking good and my training is going very well.’
Fans, however, need not be concerned that she has abandoned her music career entirely.
‘I’m balancing my fitness with my music, and I’m doing a lot of running in the evenings and then I’m in the studio during the day, so there’s loads going on,’ she added.
‘I’m hoping to release something that I think is going to do well and I’m exploring my singing side too. You’ve seen me rapping a lot but I’m singing too, so it’s a bit of both.’
Despite being contracted to Simon Cowell’s Syco company, Honey G was dismissed when her debut The Honey G Show bombed.
She famously declared in her X Factor audition that she was’sweet like Honey G’ before breaking into a performance of Work It by Missy Elliott.
