It’s that time again! The Britain’s Got Talent 2022 semi-finals are here, they’re live and ready to entertain us.
We’ve seen some amazing auditions this year – along with some genuinely heartwarming Golden Buzzer moments.
Now, a grand total of 40 acts have made to this pivotal stage of the beloved ITV talent competition, and will have just one opportunity – live on TV – to win over judges and viewers at home.
So, who will be performing tonight, and what time can you tune in to watch?
Here’s all you need to know.
What time is the Britain’s Got Talent semi-final tonight?
The semi-final episodes will air at 8pm on ITV, from Monday, May 30 to Friday, June 3.
Each night, the show will start at the same time, and eight acts will perform for a chance to make it to 2022’s grand final.
There’s a lot at stake, as the winner of Britain’s Got Talent takes home £250,000, plus gets a spot to demonstrate their talent at the Royal Variety Performance.
Which acts are performing in the BGT semi-finals tonight?
As mentioned, a handful of the remaining 40 acts will perform each night of the live semi-finals.
Up first are Monday’s performers. They are:
- Mel Day, a 77-year-old singer
- London Community Gospel Choir
- Jamie Leahey, a 13-year-old ventriloquist comedian
- Maxwell Thorpe, a 32-year-old busker
- Suzi Wild, a 34-year-old impressionist comedian
- Born To Perform, a dance troupe for people with disabilities
- The Witch
- Junwoo, a 23-year-old magician.
Fans will be looking forward to Born To Perform in particular, who won over the judges with their dance routine – and secured themselves a Golden Buzzer from judge David Walliams.
Also piquing curiosity is eerie mystery act The Witch, who fans think might have a celebrity hidden beneath the grotesque costume.
Britain’s Got Talent airs tonight at 8pm on ITV.
