Sean Bean’s character survived the first episode of Time – and viewers are amazed.
The BBC crime drama kicked off on Sunday night with the actor playing newly-imprisoned man Mark Cobden alongside Stephen Graham as prisoner officer Eric McNally.
Given his alter ego’s penchant for dying in the likes of GoldenEye, Games of Thrones and Lord of the Rings, fans aren’t expecting him to hang around for all three episodes.
One fan quipped: ‘Five minutes in and Sean Bean is crucially still alive.’
Another joked: ‘Sean Bean doing well so far 20mins in and still alive.’
And a different viewer teased: ‘So, which episode does Sean Bean die in?’
