Dr Zoe Williams, a star of This Morning, has disclosed that she prepared a will following an emergency medical procedure that landed her in hospital.
The 44-year-old, who has been giving medical advice on the ITV show for numerous years, expressed ‘worrying’ fears about her heart before assuring viewers that she was well.
Taking to Instagram with a series of pictures of her time in hospital, wearing a gown and attached to various monitors, Dr Zoe wrote: ‘I got signed off by my Cardiologist today… I’m ok 
‘But I wasn’t certain that I would be for a while! It’s been a year of health blips.
‘The most worrying being my heart 
But I’m ok 
‘Writing an emergency will from your hospital bed, just in case, is not the one though 
But I’m ok
‘It’s interesting how we can be thankful for these experiences They can make us see clearly.
‘What matters What doesn’t And just how easy it is to take our health for granted xxx.’
Dr Zoe’s tweet received a flood of sympathy and well-wishes, with Britain’s Got Talent judge Alesha Dixon commenting, ‘Sending you love darling.’
The physician, who welcomed her first child with partner Stuart McKay in 2021, has previously starred on Sky 1’s Gladiators as ‘Amazon’, before her time on This Morning.
She’s also appeared on The One Show and BBC’s Horizon, and The Real Full Monty on Ice.
In 2020, Dr Zoe revealed she suffered a cancer scare, and feared she had bowel cancer after symptoms that ‘could have been down to stress’.
