The Masked Singer US returned on Wednesday night, with Lips being revealed as talk show host, Wendy Williams.
In the group C playoffs, Jellyfish, Broccoli, Squiggly Monster and Mushroom all kept their place in the competition, sending Lips home.
With clues including having a ‘big mouth’, electric shocks (for shock value) leopard print and a diva attitude as she performed from a chaise lounge, Vanessa was revealed after a performance of Odyssey’s Native New Yorker failed to earn her studio audience votes.
‘I can’t sing, I can’t dance – but I know how to have fun!’ Wendy declared as she was revealed, before poking Nick about potentially getting back together with Mariah, with whom he has two children.
Nick commended her on her ability to keep a secret, saying they had spoken on the phone just days before and she didn’t tell him a thing.
‘We were talking about mature grown up stuff!’ she laughed.
Jenny McCarthy successfully guessed from the start that Lips was Vanessa, saying that phrases such as ‘speaking her truth’, and ‘strong opinions’ and having the shock factor indicated it was Wendy.
Celebrity Appentice and West Wing clues also tipped off Nicole Scherzinger it was Wendy too, with WW from West Wing also being Wendy’s initials.
Ken Jeong put his foot in it with presenter Nick, initially thinking it was his ex, Mariah Carey, before changing his mind and saying Alison Janney.
Robin Thicke remained determined it was comedian Sandra Bernhard, but was obviously proved wrong.
Wendy’s elimination sees her join a host of a-list faces taking on the fun challenge for the latest series – which kicked off with Busta Rhymes being revealed as Dragon, and Mickey Rourke eliminating himself as The Gremlin
90210’s Brian Austin Green was third eliminated as Giraffe and ex-NFL quarterback, Mark Sanchez was fourth out after performing as Baby Alien.
