The Apprentice 2022 candidate Amy Anzel surprised Lord Alan Sugar when she revealed her voiceover work in the first episode of the new series.

The businesswoman is one of 15 candidates hoping to impress Baroness Karren Brady and previous winner Tim Campbell enough to secure a cool £250,000 investment from the mogul.

Before immersing herself into the world of business though, Amy had a blossoming career lending her voice to adverts for huge brands.

Who is Amy Anzel?

Amy Anzel is a candidate on this year’s series of The Apprentice.

The 48-year-old contestant, who hails from the United States but now resides in London, owns her own beauty brand.

‘Starting her beauty business a little later in life, Amy has now found what she really loves doing, after previously working in sales, showbiz and jingles,’ her biography reads.

‘Amy takes business very seriously, and describes herself as determined, persistent and a “tough boss”.’

What jingles has Amy Anzel sung?

Amy has sung over 500 jingles and voiceovers including those for Coca-Cola, My Little Pony, Connect Four, Burger King, Boohoo.com, and McDonalds.

She also lent her voice to Rainbow Brite in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and was featured on the Cabbage Patch Kids records.

When was Amy Anzel on The Bachelor?

The Apprentice star Amy appeared on the first season of The Bachelor in 2002 when she was 28.

The season featured 31-year-old Alex Michel, a management consultant from Virginia.

Amy was eliminated from the show in week two, with Alex ultimately choosing Amanda Marsh.

The Apprentice airs Thursdays at 9pm on BBC One.
