Rylan Clark-Neal was ‘crying on the telly again’ as he hosted an emotional exit interview with Sara Davies on It Takes Two tonight.
Sara became the seventh celebrity to be eliminated from Strictly Come Dancing over the weekend after facing off against Tilly Ramsay and joined the spin-off show with her professional partner Aljaz Skorjanec.
Before the Dragons’ Den star could get stuck into conversation though, Rylan was overcome with emotion and became visibly upset.
‘I know how much this has meant to you,’ he said. ‘You’re so successful at what you do and how much you’ve thrown into it as well.’
He continued: ‘I’m actually getting upset. I must have had a late night last night, that must be why.’
Sara responded by asking if Rylan wanted the tissues, with Aljaz standing up to pass them to him.
‘I’m crying on the telly again!’ Rylan exclaimed as he proceeded to ask Sara what she’s going to do now she won’t have Aljaz in her life daily.
The tears didn’t stop there though, as Sara began to cry as she talked about how much she already misses her professional partner.
‘I woke up this morning and I was just lost,’ she told Rylan.
